Credit purchases are typically non-refundable once they are delivered to your account, except where required by law or where we determine that a billing, technical, or duplication error occurred.
If a generation request fails due to a platform-side issue, we may automatically return the reserved credits to your account. Approved refunds for failed generations are normally handled as credit restoration rather than cash reimbursement.
Subscription charges may be refundable only in limited cases, such as duplicate billing, accidental technical reprocessing, or clear service-side failure shortly after renewal. If a subscription includes recurring renewal, you are responsible for cancelling before the next billing cycle.
We generally do not issue refunds for change of mind, partial use of credits, dissatisfaction based only on artistic preference, unsupported prompt expectations, account misuse, policy violations, or failure to cancel before renewal.
If you believe a charge or credit deduction was incorrect, contact support with your account email, charge details, approximate time of the issue, and any related task identifier. We may request additional information to investigate.
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time, but timing can vary depending on billing provider records, fraud review, or technical investigation. Approval is determined in our discretion unless local law requires otherwise.
