Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Creadio handles credit purchases, subscription renewals, failed generations, billing review requests, and refund eligibility for digital services.
Credits and One-Time Purchases
Credit purchases are typically non-refundable once they are delivered to your account, except where required by law or where we determine that a billing, technical, or duplication error occurred.
Failed or Incomplete Generations
If a generation request fails due to a platform-side issue, we may automatically return the reserved credits to your account. Approved refunds for failed generations are normally handled as credit restoration rather than cash reimbursement.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Subscription charges may be refundable only in limited cases, such as duplicate billing, accidental technical reprocessing, or clear service-side failure shortly after renewal. If a subscription includes recurring renewal, you are responsible for cancelling before the next billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Cases
